At MHSuugic, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return policy.
Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with all the original accessories.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions on proceeding.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-10 days.
Please note that we do not accept returns for custom-made or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
